Loop Energy celebrated success at both the Business in Vancouver BC Export Awards and the Hydrogen Awards this month. Winning three awards from two events, the honours further validate Loop Energy’s role in supporting the global clean energy transition. Here are some highlights from the award ceremonies.
Business in Vancouver BC Export Awards
Winner Clean Technology Category
On February 10, Loop Energy was voted the Clean Technology category winner at the BC Export Awards hosted in Vancouver, BC.
The Clean Technology category recognizes a company that exports and uses technology and/or a business model that lowers costs, reduces the company’s environmental footprint or waste and makes more efficient use of natural resources.
The nominees included Terramara and ecoation, two leading Canadian companies focused on bringing sustainability to their respective industries.

Hydrogen Awards
Winner Mass Transit and Marketing and Communications Categories
Hosted in Warwickshire, UK, Loop Energy picked up two awards in the Mass Transit and Marketing and Communication Categories.
The inaugural Hydrogen Awards took place on Thursday, February 23 at The Slate on the University of Warwick campus in Coventry, UK, celebrating excellence across the hydrogen industry.
A total of 16 awards, covering categories from mobility, industrial applications, production and storage, maintenance and marketing were handed out to global players in the hydrogen world.
Loop Energy Director of Sales and Business Development, Fabio Manganiello told H2 View, “in the past few years, we have put a lot of effort into expanding our production capacity and commercial presence. It is fantastic to have that effort recognized by the awards we have won.”
